The quote goes like this:

"Success is not measured in the amount of dollars you make, but in the amount of lives you impact."

And impact is what we're all about here at the team catalyst podcast, creating lives that impact the world because we're all creatives we were created to create.

We're made in the image of God, who is a creator, and we're made to create. We have the ability, the privilege of creating the life that we want to live, a life, that brings us fulfillment and joy. And our greatest joy and fulfillment comes through impacting the lives of other people.

It comes through stepping in and filling a need for others, through creating positive impact. Again, success is not measured in the amount of dollars you make, but in the amount of lives you impact.

So, what exactly does it take to create impact? You've probably often heard me say, if you've been around for any amount of time that I've identified five keys to an impactful life and career.

Those keys are:

~your mindset

~your relationships

~your health

~your wealth

~and your purpose.

When you can build those up to where you want them to be, where you're happy and comfortable with where each of those things are, you have the makings of a massively impactful life that can change the world.

So many times people like to separate their life and their career. Like, "I've got my life over here. I've got my career over here and never the twain shall meet."

But when you take these ingredients, those keys to an impactful life and you identify your strengths, your gifts, talents, and abilities. And you build strong relationships.

You keep your health in good order so that you're able to go do things. You keep your mindset, right. You can not only work through any issues that you come up against, or any problems that try to knock you down. You can work through those, and you can also help other people better themselves because you have that strong mindset. When you combine all of that with a strong personal finance game, your potential is UMLIMITED!
